📪Overview IP - MarketPlace

Establishing a platform that enables the commercialization of IP-NFTs involves creating a space where IP tokens are granted to access resources closely linked to scientific research endeavors.

Step 1 - Request Create IP-NFT

Within the platform, intellectual property (IP) holders have the capability to submit requests to OraSci for the creation of an IP-NFT. This request necessitates the payment of associated fees and charges by the IP owner. Upon submission, the request is relayed to the DAO for further assessment.

The DAO's community of scientists then takes on the responsibility of evaluating the feasibility of generating an IP-NFT based on the provided request. For this evaluation to transpire, the IP owner is obliged to furnish essential project-related information. Subsequently, the IP owner is required to present this information before the DAO, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation process. The decision to proceed with the creation of the IP-NFT is collectively determined by the scientific community within the DAO.

Step 2 - Minting IP-NFT

Following the project's approval by the DAO, the IP owner gains the authorization to mint both an IP-NFT and a private data partition. Through this process, the IP-NFT is created, accompanied by the establishment of a designated private data section.

With possession of the IP-NFT, owners are empowered to engage in IP token mining as a means of funding their projects. Additionally, they have the option to list these IP tokens on the Marketplace, making them available for sale to interested parties. This dynamic approach opens avenues for IP owners to harness financial resources for their initiatives while leveraging the evolving IP ecosystem.

Step 3 - Possess IP tokens derived from IP-NFTs.

Individuals or third parties, including research centers and universities, who express interest in possessing a private data repository linked to IP-NFTs, can do so via the marketplace and the fundraising platform. In this process, they can sponsor scientific projects and actively promote them. Contributors to these projects will be rewarded with IP tokens proportionate to their contributions.

IP token holders, based on their granted rights, are afforded varying levels of access to private data repositories. This mechanism ensures that access is aligned with the individual's or entity's specific rights and privileges within the ecosystem.
